Unscheduled Rapid Disassembly!

It’s becoming more and more difficult to write a weekly newsletter without acknowledging the stress and fear that most of us are experiencing due to the decisions and actions of the current administration.
Without directly adding fuel to the dread that may be occupying our thoughts (because there are plenty of other sources available to point out the crises in real time) I intend to bring your attention to a phrase that is being used more frequently these days: Unscheduled Rapid Disassembly
It’s an almost comical doublespeak term that Elon Musk gives to explain his rockets exploding mid air right after launch. It’s also a phrase we might one day apply to our federal government, considering the havoc being wreaked within some of our most trusted agencies.
The unscheduled rapid disassembly happening on the macro scale also reflects what happens on the personal level, if we do not consciously take steps for self care, and the care of our loved ones. At this point, we all can recognize that stress can undermine healthy functioning of the body, creating unscheduled rapid disassemblies on every level imaginable, if it is allowed to go unchecked - body, mind, and spirit.
Stress can be triggered from the crises at hand, but it is also exacerbated by habits that result in a fragile constitution, slowly eroding our ability to be resilient when our bodies and minds are tested. The parallels between the actions of this administration and our uninformed diet and lifestyle choices that we make on a daily basis are not lost on me!
Ayurveda offers so many useful tools to pacify stress so you can show up to the challenges at hand with a clear mind, able body, and calm spirit. These three factors are incredibly important if we are going to make it through the trials on the horizon, most of which we can’t even predict as I write this.

There’s a lot of work ahead of us, and now is the time to cultivate a resilient body and mind for the challenges we are facing. It's time to protect our personal constitutions so we have the energy to defend our nation’s constitution! The last thing any of us need is a personal unscheduled rapid disassembly!
