Ginger: An Early Autumn Helper

As the heat of summer starts to dissipate and the cooler weather moves in, you might notice your appetite returning.

Fresh ginger is one of the best foods to help kindle the agni (digestive fire). Start adding some grated ginger to you meals, make fresh ginger tea, or chew on a sliver of ginger before a meal to support the digestive fire rekindling.

Assist your body to be the happiest and healthiest it can be. Every little step helps.
