Celebrate Friendship
Jul 31, 2023Today is the International Day of Friendship.
Having dear friends makes life so rich, enjoyable, and connective. Friendship strengthens, challenges, and comforts us.
While it is common to have less close friends as we age, studies also show that making new friends as an adult is much more challenging than making new friends when we were younger.
As we age, we are more clear about what we seek in friendship and finding alignment in activities, values, and lifestyle is important.
One of my great joys in leading the Vitality Circle is seeing the incredible friendships that are forged between the women who come into the program as strangers. Participating in evolutionary community means being vulnerable in trying out new ways of being.
A community where everyone is leaning into their evolution (in service to optimal health and wellbeing) creates tight bonds across ages, regions of the country, and professions. The friendships forged in this container are uniquely non-judgmental and growth-oriented.
These are important qualities in friendship as we age! We need each other to help create meaning in our lives.
If you are seeking a vibrant, evolutionary community (where the outcome may just be meeting some of the best friends of your adult life), check out the Vitality Circle. We open the doors to this incredible program four times a year at the beginning of each season.
If you are curious about this unique and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, set up a call with me to see if this is a good fit. In this call, I will support you in finding clarity, whether working with me is the final outcome or not. The Vitality Circle is a place for true evolution. Set up a CALL with me today! Don't miss out!
Remember that choosing to prioritize your health may also have the side benefit of cultivating some new and meaningful friendships.
With love and light,
Hannah
