WHAT IS THE DETOX PROGRAM?

A detox is a defined time to create clarity and promote healthy functioning in the body and mind.

According to the 5000 year-old wisdom of Ayurveda, Spring is the perfect time to detox to clear stagnation from the winter as the solar energy builds and fresh food becomes abundant. 

When we detox and reset our whole system in the Spring, we clear out the stagnation from the Winter and invigorate every cell in our bodies with fresh energy.

We cleanse the liver and prepare to easefully embrace the coming heat of Summer.

This Detox works as a reset for your entire being (body, mind, and spirit). 

Honoring your unique constitution and goals, it will look a little different for everyone. You get to design it within the guidelines provided.

HOW DOES THE DETOX PROGRAM WORK?

Every Sunday, you will receive access to a module with video lessons from Hannah about what to do during that week.

Each week, you will have two live Zoom calls when you can learn more, share, and support each other. Mondays at 7pm ET and Thursdays at 12 noon ET. (If you cannot make those live, you can watch the recordings at your convenience.)

You will have access to a private Facebook group where you can connect, share resources, and share your experience with a supportive community. ​

You will also receive a pdf DETOX GUIDE and a DETOX RECIPE COLLECTION.

Week 1:  Easing in - clean up your diet and daily schedule. Simplifying food and life. 

Week 2 Detox week is designed by you. Focus on intentionality creating ease and space.​

Week 3:  Easing out - move back into your "normal" life feeling revitalized. What will you take with you?

Hannah Elizabeth Levin  is the founder of Heartfelt Wellbeing LLC. She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner (NAMA), yoga teacher (E-RYT, YACEP), and yoga health coach who also holds a masters degree in teaching.

Hannah unique teaching style combines Ayurveda, Yoga, Expressive Arts, Inquiry and Compassion practices, Habit implementation, and much more. 

Her own healing path through chronic allergies, anxiety, sleep struggles, digestive issues, and chronic hip pain led her to the healing found in yoga and Ayurveda. 

Hannah's mission is to alleviate unnecessary suffering. Today, she expertly guides women to regain their optimal health and vitality through her online coaching programs. She supports women to create diet, lifestyle, and mindset changes so they can experience vibrant energy, lose weight, sleep well, get off medications, reverse autoimmune conditions, love themselves, live authentically, age gracefully, improve relationships, and fulfill their wildest dreams!

Hannah lives on a beautiful homestead in Floyd, Virginia with her partner, David, and two bonus children.
