Explore the creative and vibrant Summer energy while nestled in the supportive landscape of the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia. Hannah will guide you on a nourishing experience of relaxation, release, expression and growth within a supportive community of women.
This Radiant Resonance Retreat Includes:
- Four days and three nights in lovely accommodations at Anahata Education Center (see options below).
- Local, organic, seasonal meals from Anahata Education Center starting with supper on Thursday and ending with breakfast on Sunday.
- Daily Yoga & Meditation
- Live each day in alignment with Nature and embody the wisdom teachings from Ayurveda (the knowledge of life)

Ayurveda
Ayur= Life. Veda= Knowledge. Ayurveda will be explored through sessions on seasonal alignment, as well as individual self-care practices. All levels of experience are welcome.
Creative Practices
From writing to drawing, singing to creative movement, we will explore creativity from various angles as a way to access deeper knowing, self-discovery, and connectivity. No prior skill needed in any of these areas.
Yoga
A mixture of gentle, energizing, restorative, and flow yoga will be offered. Appropriate for all levels. Yoga will be held every morning and the teachings will be woven into various aspects of the retreat.

About Hannah
Hannah Elizabeth Levin is the founder of Heartfelt Wellbeing LLC. She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and yoga teacher (E-RYT, YACEP) who also holds a masters degree in teaching.
Her own healing path through chronic allergies, anxiety, sleep struggles, digestive issues, and chronic hip pain led her to the healing found in yoga and Ayurveda. Her mission is to alleviate unnecessary suffering in the world.
Today, Hannah expertly guides women to regain their optimal health and vitality through her online coaching programs, seasonal detoxes, and retreats. She supports women to create diet, lifestyle, and mindset changes so they can have vibrant energy, lose weight, sleep well, get off medications, reverse autoimmune conditions, love themselves, live authentically, age gracefully, and fulfill their wildest dreams!
